Our Services include interactive training sessions, group workshops and one-on-one coaching focused on conscious planning and values-based leadership.

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You may reschedule a session by providing at least 7 days’ notice. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances; in such case you may choose an alternative date or request a refund as described below.

3. Info Products

Info Products consist of downloadable digital content, including e-manuscripts, recorded lectures and templates. Access is granted after payment and no physical shipment is involved.

4. Goods

Goods include branded books, stationery and other physical merchandise. Shipments are processed within 5 business days of order confirmation.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Services

If you provide written cancellation notice at least 14 days before the scheduled date, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations made 7–13 days prior incur a 20% administrative fee. Requests made fewer than 7 days before are non-refundable due to resource allocation and trainer commitments. You may reschedule once without fee if done at least 7 days in advance.

Due to the digital nature, refunds for Info Products are available only if you report defects or failure to access content within 7 days of delivery. We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, process a full refund within 10 business days. Otherwise, Info Products are non-refundable.

5.3 Goods

You may return unused Goods in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to your payment method within 10 business days, minus any outbound shipping costs. Customized or perishable items are non-returnable unless damaged upon receipt.
